2. Reservations & Bookings
We recommend booking in advance to guarantee a table.Walk-ins are always welcome, but subject to availability.We may require a deposit for group bookings, events, or special occasions. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you are running late, please contact us. We may release your table if you are more than 15 minutes late without notice.
3. Events & Private Hire
Private hire and event bookings are confirmed once a deposit or written agreement is received. Any cancellation or amendments must be made in writing and may be subject to fees.Outside catering or drinks are not permitted unless agreed in advance.
4. Food, Allergies & Dietary Requirements
We take care to cater for a range of dietary needs. However, all food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens are present. We cannot guarantee that dishes are free from traces of nuts, gluten, or other allergens. Guests are responsible for informing our team of any allergies before ordering.
5. Website Use
Content on our website (text, images, menus, branding) is owned by NOUR and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.You may not use our website for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt its functionality.
